Sarnic Fine Dining

Fatih, ISTANBUL

The Sarnıç restaurant, which is like a secret meeting place for the Roman imperial knights, is completely underground and has no windows looking out to the outside world. I say this in a positive way, not a negative one. It is difficult to find a restaurant with this concept.

My first visit to Sarnıç years ago was my first fine dining experience and also my first business dinner. That's why I remember every detail very well.

I remember that I received good service from beginning to end, that it was a secluded restaurant, only visited by those in the know, that I liked the food I ate, and that there were few tables and chairs, as befits a fine dining restaurant.

Although I had French onion soup and chicken tempura that day, Sarnıç's menu changes once a year. You can call and ask for a menu before going.

I also don't recommend going without making a reservation and respecting the dress code. Even if the venue is tolerant, you won't feel comfortable in such a special place.
